As a Natural empath and trained energy worker, Antoinette uses her God Given intuition and draws from the healing power of the Holy Spirit to clear energetic blocks in the body, muscles and fascia. Experienced in working with clients experiencing emotional or physical traumas, the use of intuitively chose gemstones is a nice compliment to her sessions. Under the guise and writings of St. Hildegard of Bingen, she works with the energies of the earth and the properties of crystals and natural gems to change and balance the vibrations in the body to better calm and calibrate the system to better facilitate a healing environment.
